Role Overview

DeskLink is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role involves a combination of office-based sales activities and field sales, where the successful candidate will actively generate leads, meet potential clients, and present DeskLink’s software solutions.

The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying opportunities, building relationships with businesses, and delivering compelling sales presentations that showcase the value of our AI-powered SaaS and business software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research Conduct in-person meetings and sales presentations with potential clients Schedule and attend meetings with business owners, decision-makers, and stakeholders Promote and sell DeskLink’s B2B software, SaaS platforms, and AI-powered CMS solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate software solutions Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and sales pitches Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Represent DeskLink professionally during client visits, events, and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or software sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable conducting face-to-face meetings and field sales activities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
  • Ability to explain technical products in a clear and persuasive way
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS, business software, or digital solutions
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Experience working with B2B clients
