Prompt Engineer (Full Stack - Remote)

We build custom CMS platforms and AI-powered business tools for B2B clients. We're looking for someone who can write great prompts and ship real code — roughly 70/30 split.

The work: You'll build and refine Claude-powered features end-to-end (prompts, APIs, UI), improve reliability across client projects, and help us get more disciplined with testing, CI/CD, and observability. You'll work directly with the founders.

First 90 days: Ship 1–2 AI features. Build a reusable prompt framework with versioning and quality tracking. Improve test coverage and CI/CD across key repos.

Stack: React, Next.js, Node, Python (some Java), Postgres, AWS, Docker, Claude API

You should have: 3+ years experience, production AI features (not just prototypes), full-stack ability, comfort with scrappy environments, and the judgment to handle it when LLM outputs surprise you.

Bonus: RAG, tool use / agentic patterns, AI evaluation at scale, B2B security (auth, multi-tenancy), CMS or content workflow experience.
